What a great season opener. Thanks to My Body Sings Electric for a super performance!
As many of you became aware yesterday, parking on Upper Bear Creek Road has been sharply curtailed. This is a result of numerous complaints from residents in the Upper Bear Creek neighborhoods. For the last several years. JCSO has not enforced the parking restrictions. Now as a result of pressure from the Upper Bear Creek residents, EPRD is restricting parking along this road.
Access to the Summer Concert Series is difficult, but not impossible. We need our concert guests to take a more open-minded approach to getting to the concerts. Ample parking and shuttles can be accessed from two locations. EPRD will run shuttles from the park-n-ride at Christ the King Church and from the Wulf Rec Center.
Both shuttles will run from 4:30 until 9:30 on concert days. The Christ the King shuttle takes approximately 7 minutes per round trip and the Wulf Rec Center shuttle takes about 15 minutes per round trip.
VIP Parking passes have become extremely popular. $10 ensures that you will have a parking spot waiting for you at the Lake House parking lot. You can purchase these passes in advance by calling the Evergreen Lake House at 720.880.1300. They sell out fast so don't wait until just a couple of days before the concert - they will be gone by then.
Thanks and we look forward to seeing everyone on June 18th as we welcome Jon Wayne and the Pain!
See you there! ;^)
